Privacy notice
This notice explains what Lodevant collects through this website, why, and what you can ask us to do with it. It is written for South Africa's Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and applies to every visitor.

Lodevant (Pty) Ltd, registration number 2026/786562/07, Fairland, Johannesburg, 2170, South Africa. We are the responsible party for the information described here.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry: your name and company, email address, current website, budget, the services you ticked, your message, and whether you used the South African or international version of the site.
When you browse: anonymous visit statistics, such as which pages are viewed and how fast they load. These do not use cookies and do not identify you.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, prepare a quote or proposal. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we never sell or rent your information.
Visit statistics help us see whether the site works well, so we can improve it.
Who handles it for us
Vercel hosts this website and records the anonymous statistics. Resend delivers enquiry emails to us. Google Workspace hosts our inbox. Some of these providers store information outside South Africa; we only use providers bound to protect it to a standard comparable to POPIA.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, or for as long as we work together and the law requires after that. Then they are deleted.
Your rights
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@lodevant.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator at inforegulator.org.za.
